These reports provide detailed historical information about the activated and expired PINs used from the accounts in the system.
Reports -> Revenue Assurance -> Activated PINs
You can select an exact date range from the calendar or choose from the predefined time periods (today, yesterday, last week, last month, etc.)
Available segments are:
- Batch (default view) – the batch to which the PIN belongs
- Country – the country of the of the account to which the PIN is assigned
- State – this is the billing state of the account to which the PIN is assigned(e.g. California)
- Account Category – the category of the account
Depending on what segment you choose the first column in the data table will be changed and the information will be sorted based on this parameter.
It is possible also to view the information for specific agent only.
The report has 2 parts – chart and data table.
Chart
The chart section supports up to two graphs at the same time for easy comparison of data.
The available options for the graphs are amount and charge duration.
The available slice periods are day, week, and month.
Data Table
In the data table section you can view detailed information based on the chosen criteria.
The data table can be viewed by several parameters:
- Segment Totals – total for the selected segment
- Totals by Period – total by the chosen slide period
- By Agent– total by agent
- By Agent and Period – total by agent and period
- All PINs – all activated PINs
All columns can be sorted as needed and the generated reports can be downloaded in .csv format or emailed.

Please note that all results in the PINs reports are displayed in base currency.
