These reports provide detailed historical information about carriers for a given period of time. Carrier reports are separated on three parts based on the type of calls sent through the carriers – Carriers Termination, Carriers Origination and Carriers Toll Free reports.
Users can choose from predefined report periods – today, yesterday, last week, etc. – or select an exact date range from the calendar. It is also possible to view the information only for specific carriers.
All reports have 2 parts – chart and data table. Depending on what segment you choose the first column in the data table will be changed and the information will be sorted based on this parameter – all columns can be sorted as needed and the generated reports can be downloaded in .csv format or emailed. The chart section supports up to two graphs at the same time for easy comparison of data – the available slice periods are hour, day, week, and month.

Available segments are:
- Destination (default view) – the destination name
- Prefix – the area code (prefix)
- Route Set – the route set used for the call
- Endpoint- the endpoint of the carrier through which the call was made
- Country – the name of the country
- State – the name of the state
- Total – the total usage for the selected period
Chart
The available options for the graphs are Session Duration (default view), Attempts, Calls, Billable Duration, Charge duration, Revenue, Cost, ASR, and ACD.
Data Table
In the data table section you can view detailed information according to the chosen criteria.
The data table can be viewed by several parameters:
- Segment Totals – total for the selected segment
- Totals by Period – total by date
- By Carrier – total by carrier
- By Carrier and Period – total by carrier and period
