This is a real time report which provides detailed information about the distribution of all current calls between carrier endpoints.
Reports > Usage Reports > Call Distribution
You can refresh the page by clicking the “Refresh” button.
The data table gives detailed information organized in the following columns:
- Carrier name – the carrier to which the calls are sent
- Endpoint Name – the name of the endpoint
- IP Address – the IP of the endpoint
- Virtual port – the number of the virtual port for this endpoint
- Protocol – the VoIP protocol
- Calls – total calls sent to this carrier at this moment
- Lines – they total number of lined of the endpoint
- Free Lines – the current number of free lines of the endpoint
- % of Current Calls – the % of current calls distributed to the endpoint
All columns can be sorted as needed.
