Activity Log Reports track the actions of the different users of the system.
Reports > Activity Log Reports
The following details are displayed:
- User Name – the name of the system user who has accessed the system
- Access Time – the exact time each user has accessed the system
- Login Time – the time the user has logged in the system
- Logout Time – the time the user has logged out of the system
- Object Name – the system resource(s) the user has accessed
- User IP – the IP from which the user has been logged in
The default filter in the Activity Log Reports is set to show data only for the current day.
If you need information for past periods you can search by different criteria:
- Date
- User Name
- Access time
- Login and Logout time
- Object name
- User IP
