Destinations are the names used for the different prefixes in the system – using this feature you can control how the destinations you provide to customers will be displayed on invoices and in call history.
Destinations
Settings > Destinations > Destinations
You can create or modify destinations here.
There are two ways to add destinations in the system:
- manually through the user interface
- upload from a file
Please note that you cannot delete destinations from the Destination grid manually or by uploading empty .CSV file.

You can add manually the destinations in the system here.
The prefix is an E164 compliant area code – country code or country + area code (e.g. “3592”).
The destination is the name of the country (free text, e.g. UK – London).
Settings > Destinations > Destinations > Upload Destinations
By using the “Upload Destinations” option you can upload destinations from a .csv file.
Browse to select the file which will be uploaded.
Please note that when you add a new destination its status will be “new” in the Destinations Grid until you edit it – after that the status of this destination will be changed to “approved”.
Settings > Destinations > Destinations > Download Destination
You can download all your destinations in a .csv file.
Please note that when you are uploading new tariffs in Rating and Billing these new prefixes are automatically added to Destinations with the same name they are uploaded in the tariff. However these destinations will be with status “new” in Destinations Grid until you edit them from the Settings > Destinations > Edit Destination menu.
You can use the search filter and lookup your destinations by prefix, name, country, or status.
Destination Groups
Settings > Destinations > Destination Groups
This functionality allows an improved tariff management experience.
You can create destination groups to easily filter existing or generate surrogate destinations, link tariffs, apply markup on carrier rates to generate billing rates etc.
Destination groups can also be used for blocking routes from Routing > Route Sets > Edit Route Set >Manage Routes > Add Route.
Moreover, you can use them to filter tariffs from Routing -> Tariffs -> Edit Tariff -> Manage Rates.
Please note that destination groups are used both for billing and for routing tariffs.

You can see a list of all destinations here – you can choose the destinations you need by clicking the check box, or can activate search filter and to filter destinations by specific: Prefix, Destination, or Country Name.
Settings > Destinations > Destination Groups > Upload Destinations
By using the “Upload Destinations” option you can upload the destinations that you wish to add in this group from a .csv file.

You can download all destinations from a group in a .csv file.
