How to Setup a Callshop

The system offers a unified solution for end-to-end management of the Callshop and Internet Café businesses.

The functionality allows operators to centrally manage a chain of locations and offer prepaid or postpaid services to customers and enables operators to maximize profit by leveraging multiple termination carriers on a single system.

 

1. Create on-demand subscription plan
Rating and Billing > Subscription Plans > Add Subscription Plan

First you need to create a subscription plan that will be used for your callshop.

 

Please note that the billing cycle should be “On Demand” which means that the invoices will be generated when needed and will not depend on any billing period.

2. Create on-demand accounts
Accounts > Add Account

When you create callshop accounts you have to set their endpoints to be authenticated by digest authentication and assign existing on-demand subscription plans to them.

 

Please note that you need a separate account with unique digest authentication for each phone booth in your callshop/internet cafe.
3. Start on-demand session (Check-In)
Account > Billing > On Demand Billing

To start an on-demand session you have press the “Check-In” button.

 

4. End on-demand session (Check-Out)

When the call is over you have to press the “Check-Out” button to end the session – this ends the billing cycle and prompts the generation of the invoice.

 

5. Print on-demand invoices
Accounts > Billing > Invoices

Here you can see all customers’ invoices and print the ones you need.
